We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in emergency room nursing, with proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in emergency situations, assessing patients, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans.
  • Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy procedures with precision and efficiency.
  • Administer conscious sedation as required for procedures.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, track vital signs, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license in the state of [State]
  • Minimum of two years of experience in emergency room nursing

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is (USD)38.62 hourly to (USD)52.48 hourly. RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone within this range for this position. However, the expected pay range may vary based on individual qualifications and may include additional benefits such as stipends (for clinical traveler workers only), medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
