Job Title: Telehealth LMHP 

Location: Remote 

Job Type: Able to commit to 18+ hours per week 


Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our team as a Telehealth Counselor. In this remote position, you will be responsible for providing outpatient mental and behavioral health services to clients aged 6 and up. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for delivering quality mental health care through telehealth.


Responsibilities:

1. Telehealth Counseling: Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a high standard of care for clients.

2. Assessment and Treatment Planning: Perform assessments to evaluate/re-evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans.

3. Client Engagement: Foster a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

4. Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any required paperwork, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal and ethical standards.

5. Remote Case Management: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, agencies, and resources to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

6. Professional Development: Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in the field of mental health. Attend relevant training and supervision sessions as required.

7. Licensing and Credentialing: Commit to completing all required paperwork for licensing and credentialing in the state of Louisiana within 30-45 days from the date of acceptance.

8. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures,  relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of mental health services, including maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.


Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current and valid licensure in the state of Louisiana as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with clients of various ages, including experience working with children and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective telehealth interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms for counseling services.


Requirements:

- Minimum commitment of 18+ hours per week.
- Access to a private and secure workspace for telehealth sessions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Willingness to complete licensing and credentialing paperwork within the specified timeframe.
