Summary
- The Administrative Assistant III will work in team-oriented environment (up to 10pp).
- The Administrative Admin responsibilities will include finalizing formatting of correspondence, prepare DocuSign (i.e., stop notices, invoices, pay vouchers, etc.) for Contract Administrators.
- The ideal candidate will prepare administrative tasks in a timely manner, work collaboratively with coworkers, perform document copying and have demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- The Administrative Assistant III will work with coworkers (multiple teams) and managers to prioritize work assignments.
- Must be detail orient and have strong communication skills.
- The successful candidate would ideally have significant word processing and writing skills associated with technical documents, preparing emails, documents in a timely manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers.
- Experience in performing document copying and mailing functions and have demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Able to take direction, workwith coworkers and managers to prioritize work assignments.
- Familiar with construction contracts and public works contract development, and estimating procedures is desired but not required.
Desires Experience Below:
- A high school diploma or general education test (GED) and 6 years of relevant experience; or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE:
- MSOffice, Bluebeam or Adobe, DocuSign, and Oracle.
KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING: Stop Notices, Invoices, Pay Voucher.
- Personable, Team Player, Flexible, Multitask and handles pressure well.
- Detail oriented, Organized, Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills a must.
- Valid CA driver license.
- Local Candidates (So Cal)
The hiring range for this position is $39 to $46 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
