You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring efficient and timely completion of service and repair orders.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle and service needs
- Review vehicle maintenance history and recommend necessary services
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for service and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Maintain open and efficient communication with customers throughout the service process
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Manage and prioritize work orders for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Uphold the reputation of the dealership through exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Continuously develop knowledge of automotive products and services to better assist customers
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role in the automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic automotive repairs and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer and technology systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
