Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Worker, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our facility remains in top-notch condition. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting general upkeep of the grounds to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Performing regular maintenance on lawn equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks on Heinzerling vehicles, contributing to their longevity and reliability.
  • Undertaking minor repairs within the facility and on the grounds as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license is a must-have for this position.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • No more than one at-fault accident in the last three years.
  • Driver's license with no more than five points and valid auto insurance.
