From floods to mold, fires, frozen pipes and hailstorms, Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Denver provides emergency response 24/7/365 to restore calm in the most chaotic moments. We are also a full-service restoration firm, providing not only emergency mitigation services, but a full range of construction services to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Complete work in a safe manner, always keeping the job site clean at the end of the day
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all our clients in need

- Document the process relying on technological skill and attention to detail

- Mitigate water/fire/smoke/mold affected residential and commercial properties
- Demonstrate leadership while working with your team in a safe and efficient manner
- Work with the Project Coordinator and Project Managers to accomplish tasks
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
- Full Time Position
- Base Salary Starting Between $23 - $25 with an Additional Performance Bonus Structure

- 1 2 years Restoration Industry Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays (rotating on-call schedule)
- Work Authorization: United States (required)
The physical environment requires you to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
