Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and SaaS issues throughout the organization
  • Installing, upgrading, and repairing hardware and software throughout the organization
  • Maintain essential IT networking infrastructure
  • Execute/implement IT department strategies to maintain system security on the computers and the network as a whole
  • Workstation production/buildouts, file system maintenance
  • Onboarding new hires to include account creation, software installations, and equipment inventory
  • Training or directing users on the correct use of software and hardware within the system
  • Creating and maintaining internal systems documentation
  • Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status and activities

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Mac and Windows in a workplace environment
  • Knowledge of network and system maintenance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred.
  • CompTIA A+ (or similar) certifications a plus
  • At least one year of helpdesk, desktop support, network administrations, or system administration experience required
  • Strong Knowledge of Network Software and ability to develop and implement IT Strategies

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
