Primary Function: The overall function of the Warehouse Coordinator is to assist with the warehouse operations, such as picking & packing parts, receiving packages, and routing to appropriate departments. Assisting the Parts Department with data entry, and various projects. This position supports the warehouse manager with data entry and inventory control functions. This role is a hands on get the job done, with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Check all orders for correct picking of parts.
  • Pack all orders per packing instructions.
  • Ship all orders per customer routing guides.
  • Check orders for correct ship to address. Load/unload trucks
  • Check to make sure to have enough shipping supplies.
  • Receiving orders in system upon delivery.
  • Clean warehouse as needed.
  • Ability to use computer
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • High School diploma.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Walking, balancing, standing, climbing, stopping, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, lifting (50 lbs minimum daily), carry, pushing, handling, talking, hearing, seeing depth perception. Ability to use phone, computer, keyboard, etc. Mental requirements include but are not limited to the ability to concentrate, take initiative, cope with stress, adapt to and stay alert in a business environment, and to use independent judgement to accomplish results.
