- Location: Kansas City, MO
- Job Type: Full Time
- Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems, electrical units, and controls
- Swiftly identifying and resolving process issues to minimize non-conformances
- Managing an inventory of essential parts and motors
- Repairing and diagnosing 3-phase 480v and process controls PLC and instrumentation controls
- Reading and utilizing blueprints, schematics, drawings, equipment manuals, and parts lists
- Maintaining and troubleshooting process/plant equipment in an injection molding and/or compression molding facility
- Responding to and completing repairs during emergency situations
- Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of maintenance experience with electric and hydraulic injection molding machines within an industrial manufacturing setting
- Should have 3+ years of manufacturing experience with an emphasis on repair and maintenance of machinery components
- Certifications or relevant training in electronics/PLC and hydraulics is desirable
- Should be self-motivated and able to work alone under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as required
- Pay range is $30-36 per hour plus overtime.
