WHAT DOES AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DO?

In this administration position, you help keep our office running like a well-oiled machine Under the direction of our general manager, you complete a wide variety of tasks to support our office and your administrative team. One moment you could be completing paperwork and organizing our filing systems, and the next you could be answering phone calls and maintaining our company calendar.

You help strengthen our team by creating regular performance reports and identifying areas we could improve. An organizational master, you coordinate company meetings as well as conduct new employee orientations. You complete other duties as needed to support our office's operations and our company's success. You enjoy the variety in your days and take pride in being an essential member of our team

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT CRITERIA

  • 1+ years of experience in education, office administration, or another relevant field
  • Experience using a business and invoicing system
  • Computer proficiency and a typing speed of 50+ wpm
  • Ability to use applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Field service management and software experience a plus
