Sales Representative A Sales Representative is largely a client-facing role and requires both strategic long-term thinking and short-term execution and support. We are looking for an outstanding Cannabis Sales Representative who is a strategic sales professional with a solid track record of growth. A highly motivated individual with problem-solving acumen, the ability to multitask and prioritize to hit sales targets and achieve goals is a must. This person will be primarily working toward our goal of maximizing sales in their assigned area and building client relationships with each account. As a member of our rapidly growing sales team, you will be responsible for generating brand awareness by expanding our products in our traditional markets (Smoke Shops, Tobacco Store, Hemp/CBD Stores, Convenience locations, Dispensaries, Grocery Stores) with an emphasis on finding B2B (wholesalers and master distributors) servicing these locations. You will also get to explore expanding our presence in alternative markets such as barbershops, yoga studios, bars, restaurants, music venues, etc. The ideal candidate must be a natural communicator, a people person, and comfortable closing sales and negotiating. As a technology-focused company, the Account Manager must have the same mindset and will learn and use our HubSpot based software to organize and improve the data we collect in the field. Responsibilities: Ability to occasionally travel to meet customers / clients within territory and attend sales events or exhibits. Ability to set and meet goals within structured time frames Able to work in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to adapt to change as needed  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Acts as a resource to customers/dispensaries in contract opportunities, proposals, marketing plans, and merchandising strategies Answers questions from customers/dispensaries and handles complaints Attend periodic sales training when applicable. Becomes actively involved in dispensary sales orientations and training programs Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining accounts and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts Consistently pursue and utilize deep knowledge of cannabis market demands, trends, and competitors to effectively translate them into winning business strategies and tactics Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and customer service thereafter. Network and regularly participate in industry related trade shows, conferences and meetings when needed Provide up-to-date product menus for customers to select from. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as needed Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Reach out to Vape shops, head shops, independent grocery stores, health food stores, gyms,chiropractors etc. Regularly scheduled visits to both current and prospective clients Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets. Setting up in store promotion activations and bud tender educations

Job Requirement:Basic Qualifications Ability to problem solve Analytical, organized and prompt Cannabis industry background a plus, not necessary High interactive/interpersonal skills Strong computer skills 2-5 years’ experience in Sales role with proven track record of growth, knowledge of CBD & CBN preferred Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Cannabis industry knowledge and experience preferred Experience working in a Sales environment. Expert knowledge of cannabis products and consumer behavior. Familiarity with CRM programs such as HubSpot High school diploma or its equivalent Minimum of 21 years of age Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry Must pass a Background Check as required by the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Passionate for sales role and is an eager 'go-getter' to achieve sales goals Relationship management skills and open to constructive feedback. Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
