Family Ark provides individual and family therapy services to youth and families in southern Indiana. Our newest program, the Lotus House, is a transitional housing program for pregnant and parenting mothers in recovery. The Lotus House Program Supervisor provides support and instruction to recovery support staff regarding day-to-day program structure. This position reports to the Lotus House Program Manager.

Full-time employees earn 3 weeks of PTO and 64 hours of sick time. We offer 11 paid holidays, including the employee's birthday and a personal cultural holiday

Key Responsibilities Include
- Directs oversight of day-to-day program functioning and milieu.
- Participates in ongoing program development and continuous quality improvement.
- Monitors staff performance and provides the resources and staff development necessary to reach program goals.
- Ensures the program is carried out with a trauma-informed care perspective and that fidelity standards for any relevant evidence-based practices are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
- Two years of professional experience in the human services field.
- Ability to lead and coordinate team activities.
- Two years supervisory experience.
- Strong analytic, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with referral sources, families, clients and co-workers at an individual and committee level.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to quality performance and service excellence.
- Supervisory experience in a group/residential setting preferred.
- Experience working with addiction and recovery populations preferred.
- Must be able to pass extensive background checks.
- Family Ark is a drug free workplace. Candidates are subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
