- Organize company events or meetings - setup, food, beverages
- Track and replace office supplies
- Sending Prequalification Packet to new contractors/vendors and tracking status of prequalification process
- Recruit new contractor companies for construction
- Re-qualify existing contractor base - update OSHA records, etc.
- Update database/data entry
- Filing and log incoming invoices
- Compile jobclock reports
- Assist with auditing invoices and vacation coverage for procurement and accounting departments as necessary
- Previous experience in administrative duties – prefer construction background or experience
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop/present solutions
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Computer experience to include Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, and other software as deemed necessary
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
