We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who will be a quota crusher and rockstar for our largest clients. This position will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing big deals, and managing executive relationships in the Southeast territory of the United States. This high performing individual must already be experienced in high-growth-SaaS enterprise sales. Additionally, you have managed enterprise accounts, consistently exceeded quota, and are in the top 10% amongst your peers. You’ll be directly responsible to win new customers as well as expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in selling SaaS solutions to financial services, with an emphasis on credit unions and community banks. Your overarching goal is to generate opportunities with prospects and existing clients, building them into long-term profitable relationships for Eltropy. This position will be based in the Southeast. Georgia and Florida are preferred.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Selling into the top credit unions and community banks in the United States
  • Manage your territory, effectively prospect into new accounts
  • Expand across current customer accounts and create a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Become an ambassador for Eltropy, tell our story
  • Efficiently advance opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Cold calling, prospecting, account planning, account strategy
  • Stay up to date on the credit union market to identify different opportunities for different customers
  • Collaborate well with other Eltropy departments to help our customers succeed.

What You Offer:

  • 5 - 10 years of B2B Fintech sales experience
  • Proven expertise in cold outreach including but not limited to: Cold Emails, Cold Calls, LinkedIn outreach
  • Knowledge of the credit union landscape, or experience selling to financial institutions
  • Experience building many solid relationships in the financial services industry
  • You’re a solution oriented team player that is ambitious and goal driver
  • An innovative mindset, eager to drive change and make an impact in the financial services technology industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong sourcing skills, with a proven ability identify and engage key decision makers
  • Experience with professional sales methodologies, problem solving, and consulting across financial services
  • Experience with Challenger Sales and MEDDICC methodologies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience hitting or exceeding AE quotas 
  • Experience with the following technologies: Salesforce, FinNav, Gong, Groove, Seamless
