The Opportunity

Take your career to the next level with a leadership position and uncapped earning potential Earn what you're worth in a thriving, recession-proof, and lucrative industry. Qualified candidates for the Sales Team Supervisor position will have at least 3 years of sales leadership experience and at least 3 years of sales experience in a highly competitive fast-paced atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of roofing Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters.

Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development opportunities in and outside of the field.

Scout perspective storm territory and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

Assist sales meetings, review pipelines, and sales performance.

Interview potential Sales Representatives and build a high performing team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of strong direct roofing sales, with a proven track record of success.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with previous experience managing a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

In-depth knowledge of insurance roof replacement and industry regulations.

Compensation:

Uncapped commission

Typical Project Commissions approximately $1,500/project.

Typical 1st-year sales: 100+ projects, 2nd year 150-200 projects
