What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of brilliant minds: This team of talented technical engineers is pushing the boundaries of secure system design. You'll provide strategic direction, manage resources, and keep them focused on delivering groundbreaking solutions.
  • Craft the Roadmap to Success: Develop comprehensive program plans, govern resources, and orchestrate flawless execution. You'll collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure all aspects align with the program's goals.
  • Champion Clear Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone's on the same page. You'll translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Become an Innovation Catalyst: Provide strategic input on government proposals and contribute to shaping the future of the company. You'll be a key voice in ensuring their innovations stay ahead of the curve.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience within government contracting.
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree (technical degree is a plus)
  • Seasoned leadership with 10+ years of experience managing technical teams in Integrated Product Team Leadership (IPTL), where you were responsible for leading tasks to achieve schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
  • High attention to detail and have experience interfacing directly with DOD customers.
  • Experience with program financial management, including program baselining, Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates At Completion (EACs), and financial reporting.
  • Experience in proposal development and negotiations.
  • A knack for untangling complex situations and keeping projects on track, on time, and within budget.
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into clear, concise communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency managing projects in Excel.

  • On-site in Boise, ID


Salary:

  • *The targeted salary range for this full-time direct hire role is $150k-$185k.
