Responsibilities may include:
  • Greeting guest and patients with eye contact and a smile
  • Collecting required signatures and documents from patients
  • Answering pharmacy calls and returning patient calls
  • Take medical histories
  • Assist providers during procedures.
  • Travel between clinics
  • Prepare urine samples
  • Room patients, checking vitals, and updating patient's chart
  • Stocking supplies
  • Maintaining facility's appearance and cleanliness
  • Comply with medical facility policies, including those related to HIPAA
Requirements:
  • Bi--lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Reliable transportation throughout the work day
  • Have no constraints to traveling between clinics in the Las Vegas Valley
  • Back office medical assisting experience
