SUMMARY:

The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory and the related records. The

Inventory Control Supervisor must ensure that inventory is properly tracked in the Stratton-Warren and Red

Rock systems (SWS); and that the physical inventory is accurate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Abide by all company and departmental policies and procedures in a timely manner.

2. Receives incoming orders into the SWS and Red Rock systems.

3. Perform/oversee invoice processing.

4. Entering item masters and item substitutes into the SWS and Red Rock Systems.

5. Update issue requisitions.

6. Update cost transfers.

7. Complete the monthly open receivers report.

8. Complete the monthly issues & transfers reports.

9. Research and resolve all back orders.

10. Update and distribute the Cost Report.

11. Conduct physical inventories of warehouses.

12. Support integration and transformation initiatives relating to procurement and payables tools.

13. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee two inventory clerk responsible for invoice processing.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The

requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety

regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience with shipping and/or receiving strongly preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Clark County Health Card required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,

and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience.

Proficiency in Stratton Warren inventory system required.

Proficiency in Red Rock inventory system preferred.

MACHINERY USED

Pallet jack, dolly, hand truck.
