Job Overview
Sequel Med Tech is seeking a talented Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office, the Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple business-critical programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and driving projects to successful completion.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
  • Lead program teams in the development of project charters, objectives, project plans, and schedules for assigned programs.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, including resource loading, external expenses, and capital requirements.
  • Identify and assess areas of risk, escalating issues in a timely manner, and collaboratively developing solutions.
  • Implement and manage necessary project changes to ensure program success.
  • Manage project-related actions and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Create presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate program status and key milestones.
  • Conduct effective cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and make project decisions.
  • Create agendas and publish minutes/actions from team meetings.
  • Build team ownership and commitment to project and business plans.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and associated resource requirements.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of overall business experience, with previous experience in program management, preferably in a technology or healthcare-related industry.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous functional area experience outside of program management is a plus.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
