Mission of the Position:

The Process Specialist will report to the Program Manager. The mission of the role is to support the scale and growth of program initiatives at Pioneer Academics. The ideal candidate must possess a growth mindset, be open to tackling challenges head-on, and be adaptable to changing priorities.


Key Criteria/Requirements:

The Process Specialist will accomplish program growth through strategic thinking and strong project management skills. This role operates in a fast-paced program and environment that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail throughout.


Key Criteria:

  • Graduate of a top-ranked national university with a bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience managing the lifecycle of a function or process.
  • Exposure to academics in an organization preferred
  • Leadership and employee development experience preferred, with a focus on training and managing staff and delegating responsibilities amongst a high-performing team
  • Strong technical skills working across multiple systems organizing and analyzing data.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in LMS and CRM platforms (Schoology, PowerSchool, and Slate).
