ACP Painting, LLC. is currently hiring for a full-time Painting Sales and Estimating Associate to sell our residential painting services while building strong and lasting relationships with our customers in the Maricopa, AZ area. This estimation position earns a competitive salary of $26,000 per year OR $500 per week, plus a minimum sales commission of 4.5% of sales per month with no caps on commission. A 1% kicker will be added for reaching $85,000 in monthly sales. Our sales reps can earn up to $100,000+ per year.
In addition to competitive pay and our ambitious culture, we offer our Painting Sales and Estimating Associates the following benefits:

DAY-TO-DAY
This is a full-time estimation position that typically works Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM.
You're the reason behind the continued growth of our company as you sell our painting services to new clients and generate job estimates. With this Painting Sales and Estimating Associate position, you ambitiously create new leads while critically thinking about customers' needs to establish quality estimates. You're incredibly personable and the type of individual that others can trust to make their wants a reality. You are also incredibly proactive as you continuously follow up with leads that have gone cold.
