As the Clinical Director, you'll oversee clinical programming, staff supervision, and quality improvement plans while working closely with our Leadership team to shape administrative strategies. QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field.
- License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LCSW-S or LPC-S, LISW-S, LPPC-S, LCSW-S, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist (PsyD., PhD.)
- Clinical supervision certification/ licensure required
- ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge
- 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Experience with startup organizations is preferred
