Job Summary:
The Sales BDC Agent at Frank Kent Motor Company is a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales. This role requires a high level of motivation, determination, and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. As a Sales BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in purchasing a vehicle from our dealership. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission in the auto industry, located in Arlington, Texas.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time role with a base salary ranging from $28,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. The commission structure is based on individual sales achieved, providing additional earning potential. Payments are made semi-monthly. In addition, Frank Kent Motor Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, or chat
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Schedule and conduct test drives with potential customers
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team and assist with showroom traffic when needed
• Maintain customer records and update sales database
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and inventory
• Adhere to dealership sales policies and procedures
• Attend training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using various computer systems and programs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
