Position Description:

The Customer Revenue Growth Strategist is responsible for the success of enabling Enterra solutions with the customer. This includes driving timely outcomes and client value, specifically within areas of promotion and pricing, applying Enterra's data analytics tool and solutions. This role uses in-depth knowledge of the customer's business and industry that enables you to identify new opportunities to drive value. Customer Revenue Growth Strategist must be able to work successfully across a matrixed organization structure, multi-client portfolio, and fully leverage the Customer Support service model.

Customer Revenue Growth Strategist:

  • Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
  • Work directly with clients to on-board users onto the Enterra solution(s).
  • Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of Enterra's high impact solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation.
  • Deliver unique high-impact business solutions utilizing advanced technologies to world class clients.
  • Transform business processes through the activation of recommendations from Enterra's business solutions.
  • Support clients through this business transformation journey.
  • Guide the development of Enterra's solution offerings as a whole and specifically for individual clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients' processes, goals, and strategies.
  • Configure and execute Enterra's business solutions to derive insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Evaluate the Enterra business solution insights and recommendations, present them to appropriate client personnel and refine them based on feedback.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret additional trends or patterns in data sets using the Enterra business solution.
  • Quantify the projected and actual benefits gained through the application of Enterra's business solution.
  • Train clients through demonstrations and side-by-side execution on the use of the Enterra business solution as part of the handover.
  • Capture deficiencies in and/or opportunities to improve the Enterra business solutions.
  • Understand and document current business functions and processes of our clients including KPIs, and measurements involved, as well as any key challenges or opportunities and specific requirements.
  • Configure and test the client specific instance of the Enterra business solution.
  • Highlight and specify opportunities or gaps within the Enterra data models and offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in the Consumer Products & Goods (CPG) Industry, in Revenue Management: Promotions, Pricing or Assortment and leveraging working knowledge of syndicated sales data.
  • Experience in presenting analytical results to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to collaborate on projects and maintain positive relationships in complex situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate with business and technical personnel both internally and externally. This includes documentation, presentations, and individual analysis sessions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to turn numbers into stories that business users can understand and respond to; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Quick learner, self-starter who is resourceful with a detail-oriented mindset using resources at hand to search for answers and strengthen understanding of projects and tools.
  • Attention to detail – quality and accuracy of work performed is essential to be successful in this role.
