DESCRIPTION:

Our company is looking for a Patient Experience Sales Consultant to help us grow our clinic in Grand Island and assist in creating the ultimate patient experience  This person must be outgoing, charismatic, and personable with patients, have previous sales experience, and able to multi-task. Insurance and billing experience are preferred, but not required.  Be a part of a rewarding team that is making a difference in men's health. 

NO NIGHTS - NO WEEKENDS

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and build lasting relationships with them
  • Become an expert in our products and offerings and serve as a go to source for patients who need more information. Able to discuss and explain all services offered in clinic
  • Willing to learn all functions of insurance and billing
  • Meet face to face with new and existing patients to discuss the process of the treatment program and the financials involved
  • Collaborate with the clinical staff to ensure every patient visit is a positive experience
  • Ability to work with computer programs such as eCW, Hubspot, and Quest.
  • Ensure that all patients are following the program set in place and follow up with them if deviation occurs as well as missed payments
  • Order medication for patients using clinic protocols
  • Able to create and follow up on tasks in a timely manner. Must be organized and efficient with time.
