Job Description:

The Front Office Assistant at Questify Fitness is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks. This role includes greeting members, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing memberships, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Pay Range:  $950 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist members and visitors
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Process new memberships and renewals
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support staff as needed


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a fitness center or customer service role is a plus
