Athletic Trainer - PRN as needed - (MAT, BOC, ATC, LAT)

About Us:

Unify Health Services is a dynamic women-owned small business composed of passionate healthcare professionals aiming to revolutionize the industry through cutting-edge programs. We're actively seeking Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC, LAT, MAT, BOC) to deliver on-site preventative services to the industrial athletic population. This is a PRN position, hours are not guaranteed.

Role Overview:

In this role, you'll excel within on-site industrial environments, employing a proactive and educational approach to enhance Occupational Health and Wellness for employees and contractors. Conduct Industrial Intervention Programs based on established protocols across diverse industries such as distribution, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare. Protective gear may be required depending on the site.

Qualifications:

  • Active Athletic Trainer License in the state of employment.
  • Valid BLS and CPR certifications.
  • Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety, health regulations, and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent activities: walking, sitting, repetitive arm and leg movement, stooping, forward bending, handling, keyboard/computer work.
  • Occasional activities: pinching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to briskly walk in the field/location for emergencies, observation, and job coaching.
