Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for our clients across each of our core services (SEO, SEM, Organic and Paid Social, Web Design). You will be responsible for crafting strategic plans tailored to each client's unique objectives, leveraging your expertise in PPC and digital advertising to drive targeted traffic and achieve business goals. You will be client-facing and responsible for reporting on all marketing campaign progress and performance during monthly client reporting reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Account Management: work with clients on a regular basis to ensure they’re getting the most out of their service with Intellibright, which includes 6 core services:
    • New High Performing Lead Generating Website
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Email Marketing
    • Review Management
  • Reporting: become an expert in your clients’ businesses and KPIs like Conversions, Qualified Conversions, Leads, Appointments, Sales, and Revenue. We are partners with both CallRail and Agency Analytics and heavily leverage their products for both internal and client-facing reporting.
  • Planning: conduct weekly reviews of your portfolio and identify new ideas for driving leads/sales. You’ll also meet with clients on a regular basis (usually monthly) to be a part of their organizational success.
  • Onboarding: work with Project Management to onboard new clients and proactively plan a roadmap of deliverables based on the services agreement.
  • Process: proactively work with Project Management to identify, prioritize, and improve process bottlenecks impacting client experience.
  • Support: troubleshoot day to day issues with the broader team that stem from our core services and technology stack (i.e. CallRail, AgencyAnalytics, Wordpress, etc.).
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a primary focus on PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) with the help of dedicated core service providers including High Performance Lead
  • Create compelling ad copy and optimize campaigns to maximize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular analysis and reporting, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives and broader business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign performance and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5 -7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and driving tangible results for clients
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and proficiency in campaign optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with web projects (i.e. Wordpress, Google Analytics, A/B testing)
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience at a fast-growth company with success taking on high-impact responsibilities
  • Experience with managing tasks in a centralized task management software like Jira
  • The ability to work a hybrid schedule in our Austin, TX HQ office
  • Highly innovative, self-directed and able to deal well with ambiguous problems
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects within established time frames
  • Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical and general audiences
