POS is seeking candidates who exude a passion for serving healthcare practices spanning a variety of service lines and leadership roles (i.e. Oncology, OB/GY, Ophthalmology, General Family Medicine, and more). We are currently hiring for an Outside Sales Strategist position. Strategists work within a district team including client support services and account managers. The number one priority of a Strategist is prospecting large healthcare accounts for printed marketing communications. A strong understanding of healthcare and marketing will expedite sales growth and earning potential.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage an existing book of key clients
  • Establish a pipeline of sizeable prospects by medical specialty
  • Gain new customers and create strategy for reoccurring and new item business
  • Possess consultative selling and strategic mindset
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare and marketing industry, print marketing a plus
  • Develop an annual business plan and sales outreach cadence to achieve goals
  • Work within a team of experts to service clients
  • Work assigned account manager to identify new business opportunities within accounts
  • Help solve client challenges bringing in POS expertise, products, and services

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or another related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of inside/outside sales experience, project or account management preferred
  • Agency, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Confidence, resiliency, and determination to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Active listening skills
  • Strong client relations
  • Salesforce (CRM) software experience is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter and have excellent time management skills.
