Responsibilities:

1. Perform window installations, replacements, and repairs in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

2. Collaborate with customers to understand their window-related needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.

3. Conduct thorough inspections of windows, frames, and seals to identify defects, leaks, or other potential problems.

4. Utilize hand and power tools to remove and install windows, frames, hardware, and weatherproofing materials.

5. Replace broken or damaged glass panes and window components, such as hinges, locks, and screens.

6. Measure and cut glass or other materials to fit windows accurately.

7. Install weatherstripping and insulation to improve energy efficiency and minimize air leakage.

8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work performed, and materials used.

Requirements:

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in window installation or a related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Window Service Technician or a similar role, with a strong understanding of window installation, repair, and maintenance techniques.

3. Excellent knowledge of various types of windows, glass, frames, and hardware.

4. Proficient in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and cutting equipment.

5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to perform precise measurements and accurate installations.

7. Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

10. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work at heights.

11. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

12. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
