Job Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients with Serious Mental Illness (SMI)

- Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care for SMI patients

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of mental health interventions and evidence-based practices
