We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at Griffith Ford Seguin. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our dealership by building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process. Your goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.


- Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming atmosphere in the dealership.
- Listen to customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle.
- Assist customers with the vehicle purchase process, including financing options and trade-ins.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Ford models, features, and industry trends.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build and maintain relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
