  • Experience/Qualification Level Minimum of 7-10 years of experience.
  • In addition to typical roles and responsibility of a Construction Manger II, we need below requirements.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings.
  • Perform Site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction audits.
  • Visual inspection of cabling quality on site.
  • Audit Workmanship quality of the installations done by the GCs.
  • Ability to Audit Head End Construction done by GCs: including racks, switches, routers, cabling, power, patch panels, BBUs, Network Controllers
  • Report performance and quality issues on-site.
  • Ability to understand post construction close out package, reviewing BOM with GC, scoping, and redlining.
  • Must be able to perform independently OTDR, Cable, antenna sweeps, RET verification, VSWR/RTWP monitoring, External alarm verification.
  • Experience with Site Master tool for sweeps, OTDR and cable testing.
  • Site Walk to include utilities assessment, upgrade requirements and construction design walk.
  • Hold construction Punch-Walk
  • wiling to travel in and around the state of Texas.
