Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding & Training: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on evidence-based practices and clinical documentation.
- Develop Training Materials: Create instructional materials, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Maintain Training Calendar: Schedule and track training sessions for clinical staff.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Collect feedback, evaluate training outcomes, and maintain records.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to limited licensed staff and interns.
- Support Best Practices: Promote and implement evidence-based practices across clinical programs.
Education/Licensure:
- Clinical Trainer I: Master's degree with LLMSW, LLPC, LLP, or RN (Associates in Nursing + RN licensure).
- Clinical Trainer II: Master's degree with LMSW, LPC, LP, or BSN-RN (Bachelor in Nursing + RN licensure).
- Clinical Trainer III: Master's degree with LMSW, LPC, LP, and CADC/CAADC, or MSN (or relevant graduate degree) + RN licensure.
Credentialing: Ability to be credentialed as a Mental Health Professional in Michigan.
Preferred: Certification in Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, or similar practices.
