Join our mission-driven team at LifeWays as a Clinical Training Specialist We're looking for a dedicated professional to lead onboarding and training initiatives within our Clinical Care Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on evidence-based practices and clinical documentation.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create instructional materials, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Maintain Training Calendar: Schedule and track training sessions for clinical staff.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Collect feedback, evaluate training outcomes, and maintain records.
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to limited licensed staff and interns.
  • Support Best Practices: Promote and implement evidence-based practices across clinical programs.
Qualifications:
  • Education/Licensure:

    • Clinical Trainer I: Master's degree with LLMSW, LLPC, LLP, or RN (Associates in Nursing + RN licensure).
    • Clinical Trainer II: Master's degree with LMSW, LPC, LP, or BSN-RN (Bachelor in Nursing + RN licensure).
    • Clinical Trainer III: Master's degree with LMSW, LPC, LP, and CADC/CAADC, or MSN (or relevant graduate degree) + RN licensure.
  • Credentialing: Ability to be credentialed as a Mental Health Professional in Michigan.

  • Preferred: Certification in Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, or similar practices.
