El Coordinador de Equipo de Área es responsable de responder a las solicitudes de servicio al cliente por teléfono, correo electrónico y portal web de manera cortés y rápida, documentar los detalles de la solicitud de servicio en los sistemas apropiados y utilizar el razonamiento y el juicio adecuados para enviar adecuadamente a los técnicos de servicio de la manera más eficiente y efectiva. ResponsabilidadesRecibe teléfono llamadas, correos electrónicos y solicitudes de portal web de clientes que solicitan servicio en el sitio, ingresa los detalles de la solicitud de servicio en los sistemas apropiados, identifica al técnico de servicio apropiado en función de la disponibilidad y la proximidad al sitio de servicio mediante sistemas asistidos por GPS, y envía al técnico al sitio Monitorea todos los tiempos de respuesta y actividades de los técnicos, documenta el progreso del servicio en todos los sistemas necesarios, y comunica el seguimiento con el cliente Ayuda a los técnicos a monitorear el inventario de equipos, realiza pedidos de piezas según sea necesario para cumplir con las solicitudes de servicio y coordina con los departamentos de mantenimiento y almacenamiento de equipos con respecto a la disponibilidad de equipos Coordina y supervisa los proyectos de actualización e instalación de equipos y mantiene la comunicación sobre el estado del proyecto con representantes de ventas, gerentes, técnicos y clientes. Garantiza que toda la información de los sistemas esté completo, correcto y de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos. Establece y mantiene una relación positiva con todos los vendedores, técnicos de servicio de campo y clientes.
