Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Agent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents. While proficiency in Chinese is preferred, it is not required. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, coordinating resident services, and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Prior experience is not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the property management field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, assess their needs, and show available units.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities.
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist prospective residents with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle resident concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and participate in community events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure the property is well-maintained and attractive to potential residents.
- Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.
