Pay Rate: $90.00 - $95.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities of the UI/UX Architect:
  • Partner closely on strategy with product ownership, development teams, and data owners to gather the user requirements
  • Facilitate the product vision by conducting research, low-fidelity wires, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for our mobile application and digital ecosystem
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for devices and interfaces
  • Be accountable for strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Act as an SME and project lead for a large, critical project
  • Provide direction to teams and act as a primary point of contact
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and partners
  • Ask inquisitive questions, do things differently, and champion innovation
Requirements of the UI/UX Architect:
  • Expert in User-Centered Design methodologies; UX/UI Design and creating mock-ups and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity
  • Must have expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq
  • Clear understanding of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
