Office Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Office Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of counting and balancing cash drawer with accuracy
  • Functional knowledge of operating cash registers and adding machines

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities for the facility
  • Primary responsibility to process the daily revenue reports and cash deposit for the center daily
  • Monitoring tip reporting and minimum wage calculations
  • Monitoring and reporting to the management team any labor cost or COG issues.
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring compliance with purchase request policy.
  • Responsible for training and verifying the accuracy of the numbers from the part-time Bookkeeper.
