**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage patient appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.

- Coordinate with medical staff and administrative team to maintain smooth workflow.

- Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions accurately and promptly.

- Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and practice standards.

- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to uphold quality standards.

- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.

- Address patient concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.


**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in office management or administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

- Proficiency with computer systems and office software.

- Knowledge of medical billing practices and insurance procedures is preferred but not required.
