Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Brunswick, GA
Security Clearance Level: Able to complete a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) or Background Investigation (BI)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer all services, receive any complaints concerning performance of contract services, rectify the causes of the complaints, and act as a central point of contact with the Government.
- Be available to support and assist Training Delivery Points (TDP) to ensure conformance to course directives, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, etc. and provide the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) status updates on all TDPs.
- Be on call twenty-four hours a day to handle emergencies
- Attend meetings and provide written minutes of meetings.
- Responsible for Service Plan, Property Control Plan, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, Quality Control Plan, Key control Plan, Safety Plan, Contingency Plan, Recycling Plan, IT Security Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and Customer Service Plan.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
- Within the past 3 years the PM shall have successfully managed a comparable operation which included student registration service, student record consolidation to produce student transcripts, student and training record maintenance and archive storage, and a publication storage warehouse and delivery operation.
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
- Able to use a computer to communicate via email and retrieve reports and provide reports to the Contracting Officer/COR.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Possess a valid United States Driver's License.
