We have an opening for a well-organized and experienced Warehouse Coordinator who will Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing, and coordinating the movement of supplies, products, into and out of the warehouse. maintaining required inventory levels; maintaining a clean and organized facility; verifying stock and identifying discrepancies.

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Monitors the warehouse inventory and maintains the database
  3. Issues material to internal and external crews
  4. Operates forklift as needed.
  5. Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
  6. Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts.
  7. Receive and verify accuracy of incoming inventory.
  8. Identify and recommend improvements to the warehouse layout.
  9. Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with purchasing.

  1. Qualifications and requirements: .
  2. Minimum essential education level: High School diploma or equivalent
  3. Desired but not essential education level: Bi-lingual is a plus
  4. Skills needed for the position: examples:
  5. Must be able to operate a forklift
  • Must be able to operate warehouse equipment, I.e. Pallet jack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software, Spreadsheets, and database applications.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of Inventory control experience.
  • Familiar with inventory scanner systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
