What you'll do as a Project Coordinator

  • Responsible for keeping projects and all related processes running smoothly and efficiently, under the direction of the project manager
  • Assists the PM, in the planning, developing, organizing, and managing of programs, projects, and activities
  • Completes assignments and coordinate activities, equipment, resources, and information in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
  • Monitors job status and helps project manager control job costs to ensure that each project is completed on-time and within stated budget
  • Facilitates procurement, documentation, scheduling, and change requests as directed by project managers

What you need as a Project Coordinator

  • Two-year degree
  • Two years' experience using computer systems, including MS Office
  • Experience working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented position
  • Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel proficiency are a plus
