Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPURPOSE:
A Client Onboarding Administrator is responsible for communicating with prospective clients via phone,
email, and text messaging to help answer all questions related to the 9/11 intake kit claim forms (related to VCF) and World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) enrollment process. The Client Onboarding
Administrator will work with the Administrative Department to ensure that all client intake forms and data are properly recorded, saved, and updated in all digital systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for account ownership and communication with 250-500+ clients (prospective clients and retained client accounts).
  • Ability to make and receive 45+ inbound & outbound calls daily (in addition to inbound/outbound text & email communication).
  • Conduct outreach and screen incoming communication with prospective clients via phone, email, and text to answer all questions related to the 9/11 intake kit packet & WTCHP enrollment forms.
  • Create, extract, and save client documents within all digital recording systems (E-files & Salesforce) and oversee the creation of new client e-files within the firm’s digital systems.
  • Create and send outgoing mail for prospective clients while maintaining a high level of attention to detail & quality assurance.
  • Maintain and update client account data within our CRM digital file systems to ensure the most up-to-date information is recorded.
  • Refresh and review dashboard reports daily to monitor personal workload.
  • Work with the Outreach Department, Operations Department, and VCF attorneys to complete various tasks and assignments related to client communication and processes.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
*Not all Onboarding Administrators will be expected to do all job responsibilities mentioned (required to do some)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hours of Operation 9-10 am to 5-6 pm.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional phone, email, and text message communication.
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of onboarding documents within the 9/11 intake kit packets and required WTCHP enrollment forms.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis, data processing, and data reporting.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, MS Office, Adobe, and Salesforce. 
  • Ability to work in the NYC office four (4) days a week with one (1) day remote.
SALARY RANGE:
$65,000
