Job Summary:
The Guest Service Representative at Residence Inn Dallas Grand Prairie is a critical part of the hotel team and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry located in Grand Prairie, Texas. As an individual contributor, the Guest Service Representative will work directly with guests to ensure their needs are met and their experience at our hotel is memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Handle reservations and inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Respond to guest complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
- Process payments and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Handle all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
