This role will be focusing on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for both mobile and desktop platforms. This role involves a blend of creative and technical skills to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. This role is a full-time permanent position, located in Dallas, TX with an onsite schedule of 5 days in office, with flexible start and end times for hours. Very exciting opportunity to join a growing team working on innovative projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and refine user interfaces for a variety of digital products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, copywriters, and product managers, to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and provide an inclusive user experience.
  • Will participate in User Research to support design efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of experience in product design or user experience design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and initiate design-related improvements.
  • Proficiency in design software like Figma, and skilled in prototyping and creating user flows.
  • Experience with multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications.
  • Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
  • User research experience
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards
