LOCATION: Sylvania, GA (in-person position)

Job Description/Duties

Check vehicles daily (every morning) and do assigned paperwork. Notify supervisor of issues with vehicles.Transport individuals safely by approved procedure as scheduled.Supervise individuals in all aspects of service as assigned.Write Therap notes daily and make sure the frequency of services is met. Therap notes are daily with minimal errors.Report any incidents to your supervisor immediately.Assist with feeding and changings of individuals as assigned.Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.Follow duty list according to schedule.Document education/goals in Therap.

Requirements/Preferences:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid GA Driver's License, preferably someone 20-21+ years of age to drive company vehicles.
Pass a drug screen and background check.Basic Computer Skills
40 Hour Work Week
Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
