You will be responsible for assisting store management and the Chanel’s Home Office team in achieving store sales and service goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales targets, assisting in the operation of our stores, and supervising and supporting our teams as outlined in Chanel's mission.

  • Set and achieve store sales and service goals in conjunction with reaching individual, personal, and team member sales goals as established by Chanel’s.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the counter operator and Chanel’s team.
  • Continuously offer training, coaching, and development opportunities to the store. team, all while upholding the company's core values and educational principles as instructed.
  • Effectively execute visual directives and customer service standards.
  • Provide and model exemplary customer service as outlined in Chanel’s Circle of Service.
  • Become a Chanel’s advocate and brand expert.
  • Communicate business opportunities that include line performance, stock levels, and team motivation/recognition.
  • Perform and delegate daily maintenance and visual merchandising tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, merchandise transfers, light cleaning, etc., according to directives and ensuring a neat and clean store/counter.
  • Utilize resources, eliminate roadblocks, and drive process improvement.

  • 3+ years of specialty retail store supervisory experience (cosmetic experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals and working knowledge of store operation procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Prior success in driving sales by leading and motivating a team.
  • Flexibility and the ability to problems solve.
  • History of executing promotions and handling increased responsibilities.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn new procedures and processes quickly.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to work on your feet all day.
  • Walk up and down a flight of stairs or ladder if necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly.
