Alleviant Integrated Health is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioners (LIMHPs), and (LCP) Clinical Psychologists for full-time positions in Nebraska with locations in Omaha and La Vista. As the largest full-service, multi-site outpatient psychiatry practice in Arkansas, Alleviant Integrated Health is excited to announce our expansion into Nebraska. We serve over 70,000 Arkansans annually and have become the primary referral source for many major systems in the state. Our integrative psychiatric care includes seeing all new patients within five days of initial contact and providing longer appointment times. This allows our providers to collaborate effectively with referral sources and thoroughly address disorders. Position Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Therapy and as part of a dynamic team focused on health and wellness, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy. The Therapist will gain knowledge of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment and Ketamine treatment and be open to holistic approaches.

Essential Job Functions

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Work closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other team members to develop treatment plans, including discharge plans.

Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of referral resources throughout the service area.

Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, in accordance with facility policy.

Foster positive patient relations in interactions with patients, families, physicians, members of the healthcare team, referral sources, service agencies, and others.

Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse population.

Ensure consistent attendance to meet the needs of client facilities and patients.

Uphold standards of excellence while on assignment at all collaborating facilities.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Master’s degree in social work.

Five years of full-time experience as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (or LPC/LCSW) in a healthcare setting.

Maintain professional licensure per state requirements.

Licensure in multiple states is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and email. Strong typing and computer application skills. Able to operate telephone, copier, and other basic business machines.

Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and policies.

Understanding of documentation requirements in the healthcare industry.

Job Context

Most responsibilities will take place at Alleviant Integrated Health Centers in Nebraska. Facility work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; however, individual schedules may vary and may include telehealth from a home office. Responsibilities are primarily focused on providing individual therapy and telehealth. Additionally, contributing to the corporate culture and participating in activities are encouraged.
