As a Rental Coordinator, you would be the face of MobilityWorks to our clients; from greeting them in store, answering and redirecting calls, to resolving invoices, the receptionist at MobilityWorks truly is the hero of our stores
Responsibilities:
Cheerfully and professionally greeting customers when they enter the building.
Answering phones & directing calls professionally.
Performing general office duties including opening and directing the mail, order office supplies, and filing.
Manage the vehicle rental department, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of the adaptive equipment, prepare contracts, invoice, prepare and file all related paperwork on a monthly basis.
Manage the vehicle maintenance and schedule repairs as needed for the Rental Fleet.
Ensuring the reception area is tidy to perfect that first impression.
Assisting with store projects and initiatives as necessary.
Working with, and assisting customers through the warranty claim process.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and all state mandated regulations.
Joining an exceptional team serving an amazing community.
Washing and cleaning vehicles
Qualifications:
A High School diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service skills and experience.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Must be able to work nights and weekends
