Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator at Ruby Canyon, you will primarily support a single business line but will also support other business operations. This is full-time role that is critical to our operations requiring excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be an energetic, self-starter with strong communication skills that is adept at managing multiple detailed processes concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to new project/client inquiries via email, phone, and website.
  • Assist in the development and submission of proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
  • Manage client contracting in coordination with legal department.
  • Interface with leadership, technical leads and subcontractors to support project work and continuously improve pre-engagement processes and workflows.
  • Handle data entry and management in project management software.
  • Maintain essential documentation for ISO accreditations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Undertake specialized projects and tasks as assigned.

Location: Office in Grand Junction, CO

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative or project coordinator role.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly evolving company environment.
  • Proficient in office administration, systems, and procedures.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g. MS Dynamics 365).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
